Myth Stereos Productions and Gorgeous Mistake Productions are excited to announce a new series premiering on Bell FIBE TV1 Thursday, June 23, 2022 called Lumberjack’s Cookbook. Join host Shane Mountain, and local guests as they show you how to build some unique and fun woodworking projects from start to finish. Let the lumberjacks help you ‘cook’ up an axe throwing target, picnic table, BBQ stand, and more!
Showcasing rural Prince Edward Island, Lumberjack’s Cookbook is shot entirely in Prince County and is hosted by Shane Mountain, an Islander with twenty years of carpentry experience. Special guests include comedian Dennis Trainor, mixed martial artist Jason Saggo and events manager Tizy Koshy.
“The goal is to teach basic woodworking skills to inspire the viewer to try this at home,” says host Shane Mountain, “Because creating things with your own hands is very satisfying.”
For hobbyists, beginning woodworkers or someone wanting to try their hand at it for the first time, Lumberjack’s Cookbook is for everyone. The show is about sharing knowledge. Safety is key in woodworking. Many of the tools can be intimidating. This series encourages people to take that next step in their woodworking adventure.
